New development of luxury lodges
Churchwood Valley is creating a new development of luxury lodges in 'The Dell', a secluded site in our beautiful, natural wooded valley. In the first phase, we are building two 3-bedroom lodges which are for sale for private use and may also be sublet. Later additions to the 10-lodge development will include one and two bedroom lodges.
Manufactured by Pinelog of Bakewell in Derbyshire, the lodges have two bathrooms and a spacious and comfortable living area. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, and the lodges have well-equipped kitchens with integrated appliances. The new lodges will be available for sale at £160,000 with a fifty year license.
We plan to install the lodges in Spring or early summer 2013.
